July Parish Walk
Until very recently, 'Highmoor' was spelt 'Highmore', and before that, 'Highmere', in recognition of the numerous pools of standing water in this region of the Chilterns. However, despite several detours around the tightly interlacing network of footpaths in this area, the only watering hole the July Parish Walkers encountered was the Dog and Duck, well worth the visit.

JUNE
Parish Walk
Starting at the "Flower Pot" at Aston we went across the fields and reached Remenham Church. We then walked along the course of the Thames until we reached the path leading back to the "Flower Pot".
A clear lovely warm summer evening June 15th and ably led by Ian and Rosalind Bentley.
